It was about 30 minutes before they close at 10, and It is the night before the 4th of July. I had my fiancé get our order for... the night but They had there toaster oven off.. After my fiancé had came back with the orders he had let me know. I was incharge for about a year under Perla, and occasionally Krista Antonio. I would get in a lot of trouble when I would even attemptto do anything like that. and after reading some of the reviews and knowing the local workers I decided to call subway. Ourservers were Dani & Sarah! I had a very nice conversation with Sarah leading up to the reason of the oven being off; It takes anhour to clean it. Which makes sense because you have to wait for it to cool down then clean it with oven cleaner. It was late inmy Sunday and it?s normally not busy. She had explained she wanted to clean it the night before for her weekly clean! Whichmeans they are keeping it healthy & clean which I know they are staying safe and my sandwich can be toasted with a clean toasterevery week! So I appreciate Sarah taking the time and explaining that to me with no hesitation or attitude. Very respectful,professional, and alway a delight to see her! I hope Jeff Hoxsey or the upper management recognizes her and she get theappreciation and raise that she deserves. Sarah and Dani are truly amazing and this is my favorite subway in the valley!!! Lady was rude and barely put anything onto the sandwich to the sandwich there was only 6 salami salami 6 pepperoni for the spicy... Italian sandwich footlong do not go to this Subway Read more
Went here to pick up dinner. Was told after starting an order one sandwich per customer and then were out of multiple... ingredients. I feel that?s something you should let your customers know as they come in. Won?t be coming back here. Read more
They can't read I've Door dashed here 6 times I order the same sandwich every time. Turkey pepperoni with American cheese. Half... the time they give me the wrong bread they forgot the pepperoni 4 times and didn't put cheese on 3 times like come on. Iunderstand once but how is it so bad they can't read half the time but shoutout to the owner seems to respond to alot of people.Trying to get the issues fixed kinda hard when no one wants to work struggle is real. I'm absolutely livid. I got the most horrendous sandwhich I've ever seen. Hardly any meat, a few pieces of lettuce, the other... veggies tossed around like they couldn't care less. My "sandwhich" was supposed to have double meat but when I got it they justwrote on my recipt "ran out of meat sorry", that's like $3 I'm losing. I felt like I was just eating bread with some thingsthrown into it. I never complain, but Ive had this happen here too much. Never going back. Read more
One guy behind the counter, was in line behind 4 people, and the dude was busy yes but was not working like he was, no urgency... or speed at all. I finally get to where it?s my turn, and he has my bread cut and then says ?oh I need to get this online orderdone?. Not the best customer service making a customer that is in front of you wait. And management needs to do some hiring tohelp him out. 20-30 minute wait at a Subway should not be happening. Read more

I went in Sunday night to get a sandwich and the guy that was working was extremely rude to me. Not only was he rude but tried... to STEAL $5 from me. He offered to count the money for me and I let him do it and I had all ones and a 5 and I should?ve noteven let him count it but I watched him try to steal the five from me and when I said something about it he threw it me. Nevergoing back to that subway again. Hire better workers. As soon as we walked in he had so much attitude. If you hate your job thatmuch then quit!!! Read more
