They have fine coffee, without a doubt. I also like their minimalist interior. Concerning the price you pay in Noble, I... encourage you to ask yourself: why not have your drink at other places in town? Two coffeehouses nearby the college are as goodas Noble, and their price is more reasonable. Also, the customer service is as much as their minimalist interior. Read more

First, customer service was amazing. Super friendly staff that was really helpful since I'm not a "fancy" coffee drinker and had... some questions about the menu. I ordered the masala chai with a blackberry scone, and my boyfriend had a black coffee with achocolate croissant. Everything was absolutely delicious! Was it expensive? Yes. But I'd rather pay the extra $1-$2 for a reallyhigh quality drink and pastry than something subpar. I loved the ambiance and vibes! It was cozy and modern. Would definitelycome back! Read more

I don?t think Noble needs another 5 star review but I can?t help rave about this perfection of a coffee shop. Friendly staff.... Beautiful large indoor space for lounging, chatting, studying, reading, but most importantly the COFFEE!! So delicious. Thirdwave. I always buy a bag of beans to bring home too. Being from LA, I?m spoiled with coffee shop options, and I never skip Noblewhen I?m in Oregon. Gah, even the pastries are incredible! If you?re near Ashland, go go go! Read more

While a tad bit spendy, the macchiato was perfection - balanced with a rich hint of chocolate!

I?m a long time customer, and love your coffee and the staff! However, $6 is a lot! I go to a kiosk in Talent that charges $4.50... for an organic latte, that?s very very good. Wish your price hadn?t gone up so much. Read more

Pretty cool little coffee shop. Quite charming and inviting atmosphere. They forgot my coffee but were quick at making it once I... alerted staff. Espresso was much brighter then I?m used to for a ?normal? Iced Americano. Flavor was good, just a little thin onthe shots. Comfy leather rocking chairs???????? Read more

Best iced oat milk latte in town. If you like your coffee really burnt tasting, kind of like a mix of a rubber fire and tobacco,... you may have a hard time here. I suggest the World Tour if you like dark roasts. They are trained coffee experts and are alwayshappy to give recommendations, reminds me of going to sushi in Japan. The sushi chef tells you what to order and how to eat it.I was always happy I listened. If you are more of an all-you-can-eat sushi buffet person, this place is not for you. They oftensell day old bakery items in mystery boxes at a nice discount. Read more
