The incompetence is astounding. Ordered three cheeseburgers at the drive-up window because the lobby was closed at 12:30 in the... afternoon on a Saturday... (after getting my kids shoes on for no reason) there was only one car in front of me but by the timeI got to the window which took forever because they didn't take my order for about 5 minutes, they could not find my orderanywhere. So they had to start it from scratch. Then I waited at that window for about 8 minutes for my food. And this was notmy first terrible experience there. Read more
First off, they really need some better management here. Always looks like chaos with a bunch of high school kids trying to... figure it out. Secondly, quite a few times now the ice cream has tasted kind of strange. All the other locations have alwaystasted good. Read more
3rd car at drive thru and it took 25 minutes. When we did get our food everything but the blizzard was cold and inedible. Fries... were slimy and congealed not even warm. Blizzard was a melted milk shake with no lid that made a mess in our car. And theynever gave us our drinks. On the plus side this trip will probably cause us to lose weight because we will never go back thereagain. Hard pass on this location. Read more
Burger was cold to the point that the cheese wasn't even melted. The fries were old and greasy too. The self serve soda machine... that has hundreds of flavor options, was out of 95% of them. No Coke, Sprite, Dr Pepper, or even root beer. Had to settle forcherry sparkling water, which sucks. I love DQ, but this new store has the worse service and food quality. Read more
