We had two absolutely delicious and beautiful meals at Caldera and the experience was made sweeter and way more fun because of... Eva who served us both night. What an absolute sweetheart and so thoughtful and attentive and so much fun with her suggestionsand such nice conversation. Eva deserves a big raise! Hope to see you again soon. There was a great selection of beers, but some just fell flat. We had two flights to being with and we like about 60%. No one... told us about the seasonal flavors until we overheard another table being offered. And we had no idea the Amber was awardwinning until we got a full pour of the Kolsch in a glass that told us. Service was spotty. Always had to request water fillsand beer pours. Our designated waitstaff left mid- service but we were among several tables being waited on by the same person.Waitstaff spent lots of time on chit chatting versus checking tables. Only brewery in the area, so not much to compare to. Foodwas ok and hot. Read more
I've heard great things about this place and apparently none of it was true. Food was bland. Beers were lacking flavor (I did... a sampler and they all tasted the same). Understaffed for service as well. I expect more for this price point. Read more
Really good beers here! From the infusions (loved the Hatch green chili, I'm originally from Santa Fe NM and you really captured... the green chili taste we all love!) to the traditional, everything we had was great. Looking forward to our next visit. Cozyindoor seating and great views outside. Happy hour 3-5, pints, flights and pitchers included. What a wonderful place to grab a beer and some food. I got a flight of mostly IPAs. All of them were delicious! Ham soup was... good as was the lemon ceaser salad. A must stop if you are in the area. Read more

Indoor/outdoor dining available. We dined outdoors on picnic tables. You must order from their online menu after scanning QR... code that is available on the table. Pay with credit card. If you want water, it must be in the order (no charge). Servers donot automatically offer this. Wait time is approximately 10 minutes just depends on what you order. Had the chicken sandwich($14.) with choice of fries and ranch dressing, YUMMY! Also the fish tacos ($15.) but they were a little dry for my taste. Awide variety of beer to choose from. $50. Read more
My first time here and definitely NOT my last. I have tried their coconut chocolate porter when they had it at Costco. I... didn?t realize how many different beers they had. First picture is of their 5 sample flight and you pick what ones to have(really tough decision). In the second picture I got the cheeseburger and upgraded from fries to the ?beer cheese soup?
