My experience at Ashland Wendy's has always been positive. Tonight is a different story. Ordered a baked potato with sour... cream for my wife and a single cheesburger with tomato, lettuce and mayo. I received a cheesburger with no lettuce and ketshupand mayo which leads me to believe that this was an old cheesbuger. I am tempted to call the health department as I am sure thecheesburger was heated up several times. Not sure I will buy anything form Wendy's again....at least not in Ashland. Read more
Every time I?ve tried to go here, if it?s busy or just me and one other car, they will make you wait several minutes at the... order screen. I just waited behind one single other car for 20 minutes just to pull up and be asked to wait again. Literally noone else is here what could possibly be going on in there that it takes so long just to take the order? Read more
Extremely slow, 5 people walked out due to no one taking orders. Fries were hard enough to chip teeth, neither machine had coke... in them, the trash was overflowing and the guy running the register had chew in and kept walking to the side to spit in a trashcan Read more

When you order a chicken BLT - you would assume you are getting bacon lettuce and tomato with your chicken sandwich?. Well not... here. Apparently there?s a recall on their lettuce. Something I think should be posted somewhere for you to know?. And frieswere FREEZING after having to pull forward and wait 10 minutes. ?????????????????????? it really can?t be that hard. Read more
It's really sad when a guy works at one place for 30 years, then they call him in on his day off and fire him. thats exactly... what Wendy's on 250 did. He never missed a day of work and repaired what needed done. One of the most dedicated people I know.I, and a whole lot of other people will never eat there again. He was just promoted to manager. He was fired for falseallegations and easily could sue as they fired him with no proof whatsoever. Read more
We went through the drive through and our card was messing up alot and not wanting to work. The super nice lady in the window... was patient and kind the whole time while trying to get it to work. The food was also hot and fresh. All in all i had an amazingexperience at this wendys and i would go back anytime. Read more
They were very short staffed it seemed. Both the drive thru and lobby were extremely backed up. In the lobby the cashier was... ringing in orders and bagging them. I thought it was odd that she would ring up one order wait until it was fulfilled and ringin the next order. I waited about 30 minutes for a $5 biggie bag. Read more
