Stopped here on the way from Cleveland back to Columbus. Even though there were only four people ahead of us it took about 15... minutes to get through the whole line. I got a burrito bowl with nothing hot cuz I don't like that, but after a few bites it wasflames. My son who's with me said he could see there was a lot of cross contamination with all the spoons going into differenttoppings. Had two people doing online orders and only one doing sit down orders and one on the cash register. There are a fewother restaurants in the area BW3 which we stop first, but it was going to be about 15 minutes to sit down and it look like theyonly had a few hostesses so it would have taken longer there to eat. My burrito barely had any meat in it. I understand that there is a specific amount of meat that they are supposed to be in a... burrito but I don't think I'm supposed to eat half of my burrito before I get to any meat. Also a majority of my rice wasundercooked and extremely crunchy. Read more
Stopped at this location while traveling. We had ordered online so we could run right in. This was the only place we could stop... that have gf/vegan options. Workers didn?t have the order ready, two different people made our order. That being said, they weremade poorly and one included cheese when we specifically asked for none FOR A REASON? went back in and asked for it to beremade. Staff was incredibly rude. While complaining, the GM?s standing behind the staff had nothing to say. I know times aretough but it?s not hard to be a good employee that pays attention. Extremely disappointed. Read more
