Waited 25 minutes before placing order, then another 15-20 for our food, only for one of our meals to be wrong. Replaced the... VERY small Cobb salad ( $12.29) with chicken with nachos and added chicken. Was charged for the extra chicken. What happened tothis is our fault, sorry for your wait, meal is on us. - that wasn?t even my meal. My Buffalo ranch wrap with grilled chickenhad barely any sauce on it. Literally tasted the sauce twice. Very disappointed! Read more

The last several times I've been here, the service is so slow. We didn't have to wait for a table, but it was still an hour and... a half trip. By the time we got our food, it was cold, but we did get a comp of $2. There was an offer to remake, but we didn'twant to wait any longer. It's a shame, because I used to eat here a lot. Disgusting! Placed a to go order for the ultimate nachos and this is what I received: burnt chili, stale chips, no salsa, no... sour cream. Complete garbage! Kitchen staff should be fired for putting out this trash. Avoid this place! Read more

We had a delightful experience with a really sweet waitress who was very nice. And incredibly kind to our son. Hes a picky eater... and was served "the best burger I've ever tasted in my life" with no bun and just pickles. B-dubs is always a good relaxed placeto chow down on good, quick food. Read more

Bartender was great. There was a big time Karen on the other side of the bar. I was only there 10 minutes, and I heard several... complaints, including wanting more alcohol but not wanting to pay for it. She just smiled. True professional. I believe her namewas Cari. Upset with this location. Got take-out with my family and 1. The meals were not ready at the assigned time, 2. Once I actually... got the meals, 2 sides were missing from the bag. 3. When I went to go retrieve the side of celery and small side of fries ittook 15 minutes to get. 15 mins for a small side of fries the restaurant forgot in the first place. Wasting 20 minutes of mytime in total because they did not have their act together. The food, and environment in the restaurant are great, but theservice and waiting time made me upset for spending $60 for my family?s meal. You need to step up your game if you expect me toever spend $60 at your restaurant again. Read more

Sam was a nice server. She was very busy but tried to keep up as best she could. My order was made wrong but I ate it anyways... because it already took forever to get our food. Nothing was done about the incorrect order. The appetizers were good, wingswere good. The kids meal were fine. Read more

I?m confused on the business strategy in this experience. We?re on our way home and driving through the area, arrived at ~7:40pm... and the inside of the place was at maybe 35-40% capacity seated and the overflow and outside each only had one table occupied.We were told it would be at least 10 minutes before we could be seated because they were behind in the kitchen??? So, don?t seatus and let us get a drink and peruse the menu? Is the strategy to tell us we have to wait to be seated so we might leave and gosomewhere else? I don?t get it. I say, we can?t go to the bar and get a drink while we wait? The hostess got the ok to let us goto the bar while we wait this crazy mandatory 10 minutes because we heard they were short handed in the kitchen. I totally am okbeing told it that it might take them a little longer to get the food out to us but to make us wait 10 minutes to be seated fortheir kitchen. What if we weren?t here to eat? Just need someone to explain to me the strategy of NOT seating patrons becauseyou?re slow in the kitchen. Makes no sense to me. Read more
