Not bad guys! Was a little disappointed there wasn't a dedicated kids meal but the hot fries and pleasant service from our order... taker/window server made up for it. It took a few extra minutes but my fries were hot and burgers made exactly how I requested. They made my dad an excellent strawberry swirl cone that he throughly enjoyed. This restaurant is a pain to go to simplybecause of where it is. Because they do such a good job at the service and taste of the food it makes it worth the occasionalinconvenience of the weirdness of Ashland Kentucky's roads. While it isnt Louisiana or my old Checkers ..its pretty darn close.Overall solid 4 stars.. a tad of salt in the hot fries or salt packet would have made it 5. Will definitely go again. Read more

I use to always get the chicken bites box with fries(3.99). It was a typical thing for myself and my husband for days we had... running to do. Last time I ordered it seen sizes had changed of the amount in boxes so I figured I would buy the half pound boxinstead seeing it is 6.59 I figured it would be more filling. I got literally 9 chicken bites and a child size portion of fries.It was very disappointing and shame on Rally's for their advertisement and deceit. Lost my family's business. Read more

First time trying out Rally?s and we weren?t disappointed. Employee at the window was super nice and patient. Service was quick... and the burgers came out hot and fresh. Very tasty as well as the mozzarella sticks. Only complaint is getting in and out of theparking lot was a hassle. Will definitely be back! Read more
