We have ordered here before with no issues. This time we are not pleased. #1 this wasn?t made in a pan. It was pushed out to... that size. So the sides are all different sizes and not straight at all. #2 we never asked for the polka dots. He hates polkadots. #3 the words and picture isn?t even centered. #4 That?s supposed to be a four wheeler but it doesn?t look close to one atall. Won?t be coming back. Read more
Excellent service! I was supposed to pick up a cake at 4:00, but I got there at 3:55 and they said they accidentally broke the... cake the first time. It was a super large cake with lots of words, so that made sense - it seemed to be a larger size that theydon't do as often. So they said I should come back at 4:45 I came back, it appears that they hadn't started on the cake yet. Idiscover that the second one had ALSO broken. So I waited for them to finish making the third version. They gave me a wholesampler of cookies while I waited, and even checked on me to see if I wanted a drink! I was just appreciative that they wentthrough all the effort to make the difficult cake turn out right! It did end up taking until 5:20 before the cake was ready, butconsidering the original pickup window was 4:00 - 5:00 and I got such great service I'm very pleased with how it turned out! Read more
Went to pick up my birthday cake from Great American Cookies and every single aspect of it was wrong except the rainbow on it?... Not even the right cake. Happy Birthday to me. ???? The man who made it made excuses and was rude, also to the other employeesabout it. Don?t you check how it?s supposed to be made before you make it? I?m so disappointed. We did the buy 5 get 1 free, because we always love the cookies. I bit into one of the cookies while waiting on our smoothie and... it was hard! I asked the lady when they were baked and she said everyday? I told her there was no way because it was hard andshe said it is probably just a "harder" cookie???
