Was seated for lunch promptly and then forgotten. We waited and tried to catch a server's attention without success. My wife... ended up calling the restaurant to ask if we were going to have our drink order taken. Staff member appeared irritated that weasked about having our drink order taken after we had waited 15 minutes. Rather than apologizing and taking our order sheappeared more interested in turning the situation into a drama. This was even after we had explained that we, like so manypeople, only had a limited amount of time for our lunch. Then a server showed up and they started arguing about whether theserver could or could not take on another table. What a mess. We gave up and left. May be a good place if you want a really longleisurely experience. If you want to eat promptly perhaps try somewhere else. Read more

My husband and I had a 25 minute wait for a table, which I thought was reasonable for a busy Saturday evening meal. Our waitress... was super busy and it took a minute to get drinks. She brought out some honey butter croissants while she waited some othertables. We got an appetizer which included queso, spinach dip, nachos and chicken tenders. The queso was quite good and I evendipped some chicken tenders in it. My husband got a steak and I got the fried white fish. It was all hot and quite good. Therewas too much to eat at one meal so we had to go boxes. The prices were reasonable for the enormous portion size. Woulddefinitely recommend dining here if you aren?t in a hurry and want to enjoy a slow paced meal with good food, conversation andnice atmosphere. Read more

The restaurant was very nice and clean. All employees were friendly and helpful despite being very busy. Bathrooms were a bit... dishevelled due to the high traffic being so busy but were still clean. We ordered our food and it came out in a reasonableamount of time. It was very delicious and I can't wait to go there again. Even my mango tea was great. Portion sizes are largerthan thought. I decided to get dessert and it was huge, it covered the whole plate. I had to eat the icecream so it didn't justmelt and took the rest home as I was too full to eat it all. Would definitely recommend going here on special occasions, itwasn't super pricey but still pricier than some people might prefer to pay. Read more
We first tried the Cheddars in Gatlinburg and we had the fried fish and loved it. That was 2016 and we're still going for the... fried fish!! It's just right every time!! We need to try something new, why mess up a good thing?? All the sides are good tooand the honey butter croissants melt in your mouth!! There's enough to take home and have another meal.
