Stopped after a day of hiking and had a wonderful black bean burger and barbecued chicken pizza. Pizza had a perfect blistery... light crust. This is a fun place to eat after a day of trekking on Mt Ranier! They have variety of pub foods along with live music Saturday... night. Plenty of seats outdoors in the shade. Lots of people getting pitchers of beer. We had burgers which were tasty, fresh. Read more
Really really good pizza! We came on a Friday night and enjoyed live music while waiting for our food to go. It took about... 30mins to get the pizza. There is online ordering but i had spotty service so couldnt take advantage of that. You arent waitedon, you order your food, seat yourself, take a number and a staff member will bring your food to you as long as your number isvisible. There is only outdoor seating. Read more
BaseCamp Bar and Grill is the perfect place to grab dinner and beer after exploring the area! Great pizzas (I like the Mountain... Marmot) and excellent burgers. Great outdoorsy vibe with lots of mountaineers hanging out pre and post climb. Perfect spot forfood on a sunny day. Read more
Pizza Burgers and Beer!! We came here twice while on our trip to Mt Rainier. Didn?t realize it was an actual meetup spot for... mountain climbers, it was a really great experience sharing a table with people preparing to make the summit. Also my 8yr oldloved this spot, they have chocolate milk and a fun rock climbing wall. Perfect Hangout! Read more
Great spot, there is a diverse menu, plenty of beer choices, wine not as much but enough that you will find at least one you can... live with, and some other adult beverage options too. The pizza was pretty good, toppings a bit slim, but maybe that is justright for the next person. They must either has a press for the dough or it comes frozen as it was perfectly uniform, and tastedlight, not soft and doughy. We were lucky to stumble upon live music, not sure that's the norm. Lots of outdoor seating, lotscovered from the sun, some fire pits too. Mountaineering store on the same area, small visitor center with brochures, mountainrental place as well, so fun too look around. Read more
