Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 meals, a Club Sandwich meal and a chicken fingerz with wings.. was told to pull up and... wait, no big deal. We waited 20 minutes and watched food being carried outside to other cars that came after us. Went inside toinquire about our food, and both females working the front seemed confused about our order. I was told by a female in a greenjacket that our food hadnt been made yet, but after she delivered 3 bags outside, she then found our order that wasnt bagged andasked the line to remake it. No apology, no "I'm sorry can you wait a few more minutes". So after waiting another 10 minutes shefinally bagged our order and handed it to me, again with no apology or even a 'thank you for waiting'. Pretty embarrassed by thecustomer service here, especially the female bagging food at the front. I understand its fast food and all, but the least youcan do is be cordial and attempt to convey good customer service. Total time we waited was over 30 minutes. Will not be back. Read more

Service at just about any restaurant or fast food place should be undesirable. ALL the young people take forever, no sense of... urgency, Lack of Supervisors at this store.Well I will say the Shift Supervisors are young too and doesn't help. Read more

Went thru drive thru, didn't get half the items I ordered and paid for. Spent $32.00 on 2 people to eat, got home to open our... trays and half of our food was missing, fries were hard and ice cold with no seasoning. Kindly the drive-thru clerk asked, "can you please wait we are understaffed and I'll be with you shortly"? This was very nice... that the clerk was reassuring customers that they "the customers" are important enough to them and that such a high level ofservice should be offered. She returned and took my order. At the window I asked for a senior discount. She said not only will Igive you a discount for seniors but because you had to wait for service due to under staffing. I thanked her very much that shewas so customer oriented. Not only did she save me money, her service outstanding. My meal was very ???? good as well. I love wings! I was so happy when we got a Zaxbys closer to home. I order frequently. The restaurant is clean, and has a fine... staff. My reason for 4 stars is an issue with sauce. I got some seriously dry wings once so I finally said something. They weregreat and re made my order with lots of sauce. I ordered a few extra separately and they were relatively dry. If you ask forextra sauce, they give you little packets of a slightly different sauce. So, no bad vibes, just more sauce!!! Read more

I had a horrible experience here tonight. I went through the drive-thru tonight after not having been to a Zaxby?s since high... school (8 years ago). I asked a question about the hot sauces and it appeared that I irritated the crew member or something bydoing so because she seemed annoyed and when I got home with my Great 8 boneless chicken meal, there were only 5 pieces ofchicken. This was very disappointing and I definitely didn?t get what I paid for. I feel like I was robbed. $9 for 5 chickennuggets. Very disappointed with my return to Zaxby?s. The place was nice and cozy with nice staff. The chicken fingers were nice and juicy with a good dipping sauce. Was happy the... chicken wasn't dry like other places. Also got the fried cheese and was actually surprised they were so good. I wouldrecommend this Zaxby's restaurant. Read more
