Today, October 13, 2022 at about 1425, I ordered a salad at the drive through. When I arrived at the window there were two... ladies: a huge very loud lady with long dark hair and a pregnant lady with long dirty fingernails. I heard the huge lady withthe dark hair say she was going to spice up my salad speaking to the pregnant lady. I could only hear what there were saying asan older lady walked over from the front register they all laughed, and the pregnant lady said he'll see that. The huge ladysaid he'll think it is cheese, and the pregnant lady said, "but it ain't blue." (The salad had blue cheese crumbles.) I tookthe salad and coke and stopped down the road. There was indeed a white chalky substance on top of the chicken, and it was NOTBLUE CHEESE. I did not eat the salad nor sample the soda. I have documented and sampled both items and called the healthdepartment. I would be careful with this place. I did nothing to provoke these people; I am smarter than that. I am planningto return my salad tonight and ask for my money back. I'll post what the substance is when I get the report back from the sodaand the white substance. As I drove away, the huge lady said, "good-bye" in a very loud child-like voice! Those were the onlywords directed at me throughout this visit. Read more
For the past two weeks this establishment has not been taking orders via drive through when you pull up on speaker it says door... dash & mobile order & my family was only ordering drinks, this establishment has NO!!! Customers & I see why now employee alsomentions that on other days you can only order nuggets & fries if you do not like that go somewhere else Read more
Wendy's used to be my favorite place to eat. Esp this location. But last 5-6 times I have been here. Just plain rude people.... Food is never hot. Service is horrible. Try and ask for a manager the employees just laugh at you. What a joke. Read more
1st of thanks for bring back Pretzel bacon pub. best thing on the menu and maybe the only reason to go out of my way to eat... wendys. 2nd, Please extend breakfast hours to accommodate those of us whose circadian rhythms dont get us out of the housebefore 10am. 3rd and most importantly, PAY YOUR EMPLOYEES MORE! every time I go to wendys it takes a very long time to getthrough the line do to being extremely short staffed. then i see a now hiring sign and a sign advertising UP to $14 , like yallthink that that's an incentivizing amount. by up to that means $14 is the max ? what a joke! with how expensive rent and thecost of living has gotten, especially here in Asheville, NO ONE could afford to live here off $14 an hour. explains why yall areso short staffed! pay a living wage! chick fila does and they have the most streamlined efficient service of any fast food placebecause people can actually afford to work there. I?ve been seeing a few reviews about inconsistencies on what hours they are open. but I?ve gone to this location after a 11 on... multiple occasions recently with no problems of them not being open. And I understand sometimes they are short staffed sometimesbut they are doing the best they can. The general manager and higher ranks should be to blame about the fact they can?t everseem to get enough people. Please do not blame the people who are showing up. Food is good always hot. I stopped by to get something quick to eat and a coffee before work. I was asked to pull forward and wait while they prepped the... egg and sausage. No big deal. I had plenty of time. Nine minutes later I only had a black coffee and no food or receipt and wasgoing to be late to work. Against my hunger, I decided to leave even though my meal was paid for. On the way to work I called toask about getting a refund. I told them I was just pulling into the parking lot at work, two minutes after I was to have clockedin and wanted to know if the meal could get refunded. She asked if I had my receipt. I said no because it was never given to mebut I could tell her the time I paid and the last four of my card number. She told me they could get me my food if I had areceipt and I said ?No you can?t because I?m at work. I said I was now late since it took nine minutes.? She told me it takesabout six minutes for the sausage too cook. Which still meant three minutes later I was still without. No refund. No food. A$6.20 BLACK coffee. ???????? Read more
I?ve sat here over thirty minutes, after waiting ten minutes just to order in line. Had to call the restaurant after they had me... pull forward to wait for spicy nuggets with the rest of the meals and no one ever came out. I still continue to sit here. I getit?s busy, but completely forgetting a customer that?s been sitting right next to the door in their vehicle just doesn?t makesense. Read more
This is by far the best Wendy's I have ever went to in my entire life. They are very friendly and communicative. At this... location I was able to see there's a team, and they all work together. Their food was served fresh and exactly as I ordered,because the lady in the kitchen at the time cared enough to ask just to make sure, and didn't just take it for granted that itwas rung up correctly. The cashier knew exactly how to ring up the order, which was extremely helpful in the entire process.Nothing but smiles, character, and integrity here. I will be coming back! Read more
