The food was good but this was a stop that we were trying to plan for on a road trip. We planned to stop here for lunch around... 12pm on a Monday. Online it said they were open but on the app it said they were closed and we could not place a carry-out order(we were ordering around 11:30am). We went to the Culver's down the road instead for lunch. We ended up coming back much laterin the day around 6-7pm and they were open then. Got a kiwi strawberry smoothie for dessert and it was very good. I wish it wasopen earlier. Read more

Overall the last few times i visited everything was great. great staff, everyones friendly and its been a great environment to... be in. recently i have been coming in and i've noticed one of the staff members complaining about working. I could be wrong butshe just seems not happy to be at work. I know not everyone dose not like the job they have but she seems miserable. I heard hersay " i wish people would stop coming in" This was around 2 or 3pm when i came. besides this everything was fantastic. Read more

The food at this restaurant is great aside from the occasional chunky smoothie, so I don't mean to complain about it. However,... the customer service could not be worse. There are a few nice teenage boys making orders, but one girl in particular is awful. She is there most times I visit, and might be a manager or shift leader. She has glasses and usually wears her hair in aponytail. Each time I order in the store, she acts disgusted to talk to me. I asked my family, and they feel the same way whenthey order smoothies. My order was not ready one of the times I came in, and she suggested through her tone of voice that shedid not care and would not get my order out any faster. She is a huge detriment to this restaurant, especially considering thedecency of the rest of the staff. Read more

This was dank dank! Our first time and not our last! They gave us coupons too :) the Bahama mama smoothie is creamy and delish,... their quesadilla & avocado melt are super yum yum! I'm glad we ate there. They served the food to us and were kind! Read more

If I could give less than 1 star I would. scheduled an order in advance for a wrap and smoothie. Stood in front of the pick up... area for 15 minutes, was not acknowledged by any employees despite making eye contact multiple times, waiting for my food. Finally, I asked one of the employees where my food was. The whole time it had been sitting on a counter in the corner.Hello?!?? Terrible customer experience, you might want to invest in some training.. TSC is already expensive as it is, so nowI?m out $15 for an extremely melted smoothie and cold wrap :) Edit: Not only was my Caesar wrap missing dressing completely, anENTIRE HALF didn?t have any chicken in one half of it. Just cheese, 3 carrot shavings I paid extra for, and lettuce. Read more

They get two stars only because I love TSC in general. I tried to stop in for a smoothie today and found that the doors were... locked. Two girls came to the door and asked if I had placed an online order. I said that I hadn't. She said they were onlytaking online orders right now because they were understaffed and it was only the two of them. So I asked if I needed to placean order online, and was told that they cannot accept any more online orders right now because of how busy they are. I know it'snot their fault and lots of places are understaffed right now, but it was just very jarring to have the doors locked and to bethat dismissive towards me about it. I don't even think there was a "we're sorry for the inconvenience". Also, next time thissort of thing happens (which I'm assuming will be tomorrow), maybe just put a sign on the door? It will probably seem moreapologetic than either of them and save them some time so they can get caught up. Read more
