Reviews for The Med in Asheville, NC
The food was incredible. The pulled pork was tender and juicy, the grits were perfect, and the flavors were overall phenomenal.... The biscuits were excellent, and the mimosas were generous. Definitely a fantastic meal! Only downside was the long wait time(to be expected on a Sunday morning) but we did wait an hour and a half from the time we put in our names. Worth the wait, butdefinitely get there early! Read more
I had high expectations and they were easily exceeded by the great food and staff here. The flavors of the food were well... thought out and not greasy like most breakfast diners. This is definitely the primary spot you should go to when havingbreakfast in Asheville without breaking the bank. I still would have paid double for the value I received. Read more
My wife. my son, his girlfriend and I had an incredible breakfast here. The food was legendary. I started with a wonderful fried... green tomatoes and then savored the delicious fried catfish with sweet collard greens over corn grits. What an amazing dish.Others had the satisfying veggie scramble and the flavorful hash bowl. Portions were large; service was great and the food wasexquisite. I loved it here and would definitely recommend dining here. Read more
Breakfast was fantastic ? just be prepared to wait, both for a seat and for the food after you order. We had the breakfast... burrito, hash bowl (we asked for the sauces on the side and glad we did; might have overwhelmed all the other wonderfulflavors), and some delicious grits. Servings were large; we couldn?t finish it all. The breakfast potatoes are great all ontheir own. Read more

The best breakfast/brunch I have had in quite a while. Visited on a busy Tuesday morning after Christmas and waited about 45... minutes for a seat. I would highly recommend sitting at the bar as watching the chefs/cooks work is awesome. Service is greatand food is amazing. I had the catfish and grits along with collards and it was ????????????????????????????????! Woulddefinitely return on a future visit to Asheville. Read more
Wow read some of your bad reviews! We did have to wait. When you go to a restaurant and you have to wait you know food is fresh... and good. I loved that first responders were able to walk in they had tables reserved for them. Having a son in law as a firefighter, a paramedic and a nurse. So appreciate I had to wait for them. But most important food was fresh delicious. Servicingawesome everyone friendly. For you one star review stop eating at MC D and you will appreciate great food it?s always worth thewait! Read more
