3 stars because day shift is 5 stars, night shift is 1. I don't know if it's sheer volume of business, or lack of a manager on... night shift. But the difference is truly day and night. ???? I've had great food with fast friendly service here, and I'vereceived what looked like it came straight out of one of the bathroom stalls when eating here. My partner is vegetarian and I, by mistake, didn?t put sub black beans on the Mexican pizza. Once I got there, they said they... couldn?t alter it at all (meaning couldn?t sub the black beans )and if I wanted it that way, I would have to put in a whole neworder. An employee who had braids that were messily tied up in the back was very rude when they messed up our order. They forgot an... item in our order so we went back around through the drive-thru do get it. When we looped around and told them what we weremissing they called us liars and talked bad about us while we were at the window. They also threatened to check the cameras asif we were lying about a pack of cinnabons. This was very disappointing as we visit this location somewhat often and have neverbeen treated this way by other staff members. Read more

Hours are incorrect. The staff choose to close early. And they're VERY rude. Waffle House is 5 min away, open 24 hours, with... much better food and a great team. Their sign out front, the Google profile, and their website all say Open Until 1am. Wewalked in at 11:55 and the registers were closed, the lights off, and the staff were very rude. They said they're closed,wouldn't serve us, we had to use the drive thru, and then talked over us when we were asking a question, and ran after us tolock the door. Yelling at each other about not locking the door, calling us. So disorganized and rude to one another. Esp thegirl we assumed was the manager. The drive thru line was literally blocking traffic a quarter mile up the street by the time wewalked out. We were guests of the hotel across the street so we walked over, and therefore were refused service. AVOID. Read more
When dieting you don?t expect fast food much. I found out that with my plan I could eat some very customized options at TB. I... drove up on Sunday morning to this location. The guys working the drive thru were more than accommodating of my custom order,and an absolute delight. They didn?t make me feel like a bother, and my order was exactly right. In a time when I don?t reallyexpect exceptional service, I really appreciate the time these employees took to go above and beyond to make my diet fast foodgood, and ordering painless! Read more
