I understand being short staffed as my workplace is too but it feels like every time I come there is another issue. I?ve been... given wrong orders, even if I order online. Ordered online to show up for them to be closed or out of a certain meats. Tonight Iwent to the drive thru at 10:40pm hours say open till 11, no one was in line and I was told they were already closed. If youcan?t stay open at the listed time, with all foods available, then it?s probably just best just to consistently close at 9 or10. Read more
I?ve never had a 10/10 experience at this location. They?re either closing early (especially without updating the times on the... online order app), get the order wrong, or out of beef well before closing. Read more

A joke of a restaurant. On two different occasions, I checked the hours for this restaurant, and they said the restaurant... closed at midnight. It looks like the hours have since been changed, but it took several weeks for that to happen. I orderedone night before 10:00 pm, and waited a long time in a slow drive thru line. I got up to the speaker, and was told the order Ialready paid for was not going to be made, as the restaurant was closing two hours early at 10:00. Frustrated from thisexperience, I came back a few weeks later, paid for my order, and got in line at 9:25. The hours still said midnight online, butI knew how that would go. They told me they closed at 10:00 and would not be making my order, despite 35 minutes remaining untilclosing. The employees at the window (two teenage boys) decided to ignore me and make jokes with each other when I approachedthem, and were entirely condescending when I asked for a refund. Read more
Pulled up to this location at 11:25 p.m. The lights are on inside and the sign on the door says they're open from 10:00 a.m. to... 12:00 a.m. or later. No on visible in the front of the house lots of noise coming from the rear of the kitchen as they're nodoubt cleaning. The sign on the door says "DINE-IN OPEN". Very disappointing and I have to wonder if the owner is aware of this. Read more
My tacos were so old and cold that they were soggy and actually stuck to the paper. The burrito supreme was tiny and mostly... flour tortilla. Worst Taco Hell ever! Hendersonville Road, South Asheville, NC. I want our $21 back, couldn't even eat the food. Read more
The taco had only a little meat and even less cheese. No lettuce to be found. The 2XXL burrito was only refried beans, some... cheese and taco sauce. It was edible but a far cry from other Taco Bell's in the area. We wont be wasting our time our or moneyat this location again. Read more
The employee at the drive up window noticed my purple orchid in the front seat and said how beautiful it was. My mother had... passed away earlier in the day, told him it was hers, and offered his sympathy. I thought that was very nice of him to do whilehe was taking orders, making change, and handing out food. Read more
