I came in right before closing on Monday night. I was coming off a 10 hour drive, had passed a few Subways coming into Asheville... but kept on driving. I hit Leicester road and then wanted a sub. The Subway on Leicester?s my usual spot and the workers arealways great. Well this time completely exceeded any expectations!! Again it was right before closing and they welcomed me likea friend. Had no issues with my meal and even hand sliced a fresh tomato!! It was the manager and worker on Monday night and Ijust can?t express how nice and incredible they are. Y?all are lucky to have them. The young man who made my sandwich was kind enough to wear a mask. He was the only who was wearing one. But, someone needs to... explain that you change gloves after you make an order, run the register, touch your face,etc. I never saw him change gloves theentire time I was there. I was going to buy cookies but I'm very glad I didn't. The staff were enjoying time together with lessthan enjoyable discussions while I was trying to eat. It would have been fine if they hadn't carried on so loudly. I was lessthan impressed and don't plan to go back. And I can't say that I recommend it to anyone else. Read more
Stopped in today and had a great experience. Ernie was awesome. Not sure what he's paid but he probably deserves more. Ive never... had a subway employee more efficient, personable or friendly. He is a great representative of the company. Meeting him was thehighlight of the day. I'll definitely be making that a regular stop when I'm in the area and will recommend that location tofamily and friends. Read more
