Just left there. The two girls working very rude!
We visited when the 6" subs were free from 10am to 12 (noon). I had the Mexicali sub and my husband had the chicken sub of some... sort. The sandwiches were good. I did ask for a little more guacamole (she put on less that a teaspoon) but she said that shewould have to charge me more even though I declined on the tomatoes. Then she put 3 little onions on it, I asked if she wasgoing to charge me more for a few more onions....she ignored me and didn't put any more on. The 2 stars are for thesandwiches...ZERO stars for the 2 girls that waited on us. They were the most rude people that I have ever encountered in asubway or any restaurant. No hello, no thank you, no have a nice day...NOTHING! Both girls also rolled there eyes at us, like wewere a bother to them. I am sure their day got worse as it went on because this was around 11:00am and if it was bad for them atthat time, it only went down hill from there I am sure of. Very in happy with the service and the sub. I eat at subway alot at home but this guy that made our sandwich did not listen to... what I ordered ant made it with things I did not ask for and acted like he had never made a sub before. Read more
We ordered online. The restaurant was not busy and our order was ready quickly. The young man who brought it to us was... incredible. The food was perfect and just as ordered. We could not have asked for a better experience! Read more
It was fresh and so tasty. The staff was great. The restaurant was up to date and cleaned. The only issue was one restroom out... of order. Not an issue to my self and my wife, but some people would be appalled one bathroom being out of order. Read more
Came in today for a wrap, and as soon as I was starting my order another employee came over to interrupt so they could take care... of an online order with 6 different menu items. I left empty handed after a few minutes of them halting a line of customers totake care of this online order instead. Delicious food, but terrible customer service Read more
We arrived nearly 15 minutes after store opened to find door locked with lights on and open sign lit. After 5 minutes, the... employee named Cynde, came to unlock door, but did not open door nor greet us when we came in. She appeared annoyed by our ourpresence. She couldn?t find regular sized drink cups and there were no lids for the middle size cups. Also no artificialsweetener available. The restrooms was dirty, paper on floor, dirty sink and out of soap. Such a shame as the new remodel is sonice, yet the customer service was poor as was the upkeep. Read more
The staff acts like it'll hurt them to put proper amount of fillings in sandwich. Ordered a veggie delight with hardly any... veggies at all and missing some items, the amount of sauce was practically non existent. The bread tasted under done, just likedough. You're supposed to be able to customize sandwiches to your liking, as it's always been. Yet here the employees are veryrude and unprofessional. Worst subway meal I have ever had, and I've had plenty!
