We had a couple hours to kill before a meetup with friends for lunch at 12:30. We popped into this bistro with for coffee and... zero intention of ordering anything to eat because of pending lunch, 2 hours away. I glanced at the menu and all restraint wentout the window when I saw caramelizad bananas...in oatmeal with brown sugar and cinnamon. My guy ordered some kind of breakfastbiscuit and didn't leave a crumb. My oatmeal was glorious, cooked to exactly the right consistency.
