So good!!! The people who work here are so nice and lovely and the donuts are great, I like the Simpson (strawberry glaze with... sprinkles), the OG (original glaze), and the everything bagel flavor one which is very unusual (it even has bits of garlic onit). Also they have gluten free/vegan options which are the mochi donuts, they?re smaller and have a different texture. Yougotta go here and try to go early because they sell out quick! Also their selection changes, not sure if it?s daily or weeklybut they always have something new and interesting Read more

I always love trying donut shops when I travel, so I was happy to find a spot in Asheville I hadn't tried before. My husband... and I tried: - Everything Yeast Donut - Raspberry Siracha Yeast Donut - Cereal Milk Yeast Donut - Miso Maple Mochi Donut Iloved the glazes on the donuts. I'd say the Everything was my favorite. I found the donuts themselves a little dry. The mochidonut wasn't like other mochi donuts I've had. It seemed to be very light on the mochi because that classic mochi texture wasn'treally there. Read more

Teeny tiny shop on the corner where the city finance dude threw himself off the building (look for the giant target out front on... the pavement). Go down the stairs and it's like a blast from the 80s, decor-wise. The shop is maybe 5 strides deep to the donutcounter. I ordered two and was pleased with how big and poofy they were - a solid return for $3.50 each. The dough isdelicious, the texture is awesome, and the frosting is tasty without being cloying. I hate donuts that are so sweet you feelsick after. The problem, *there?s a real bizarre flavor in there I can?t put my finger on, and it completely ruins thedonut. Here?s an example to try to explain it. Have you ever tasted the baking soda on an Auntie Anne?s pretzel? Some folksdon?t taste it, but when I have a mall pretzel that?s all I taste. Except this wasn?t baking soda, it was more sour. Possiblyalkaline? Or maybe a super-off batch of buttermilk? I?m going to head back and give it another shot in the off chance it wasjust todays batch. The girl working the front was friendly and recommended the pistachio which was DIVINE*. These donutswithout that whatever it is* flavor are easily in the same ballpark as Hole, which currently reign supreme for me in Asheville. Read more

I absolutely love this place. I'm not generally big on doughnuts, they used to be just something I might grab a couple times a... year, but these are no regular doughnuts. Now I get a half dozen pretty much every week (and sometimes more often). Awesome, interesting flavors, great texture, gluten-free options (I eat gluten but the mochi doughnuts are great), and consistentquality. I don't go anywhere else for doughnuts. Read more

Excellent breakfast place. I got a decaf iced caramel latte which was delicious as well as a prickly pear lemonade donut. The... donut was extremely light and fluffy and flavorful. I also got the breakfast burrito which was awesome. I loved the hash brownsinside the burrito. I was a little intimidated to go underground to get there but it was a wonderful experience. Read more
