I?m posting this on hopes someone higher up will see. I went through the drive thru on 9/5/2022 at around 5pm to get a Reese?s... shake. I took a sip of my milkshake and a fingernail went up the straw and into my mouth. I was absolutely disgusted andgagging. There was also (what appeared to be a gray colored) hair in the cup. I was on my way to work and called just to givemanagement a heads up. I didn?t even want my money back or a new shake I just wanted to make them aware so they could follow upwith their staff. I was polite despite how horrified I was. All the manager on duty replied with (someone who?s name startedwith an S I believe) was that no one was working with gray hair and I must have the wrong location. His tone was extremely rude.I confirmed the location and told him I was not mistaken and I was very upset given that I just had a HUMAN FINGERNAIL in mymouth through the straw. The manager simply said ?okay? and I hung up. This wouldn?t even be a big issue if he had apologizedfor this and told me he?d look into it. I am absolutely appalled. Been 4 nights in a row. With only one thing on my mind. A large chocolate chocolate milkshake. Man were they good. Sonic was... just to close to where I have been all week to pass up. Plus i had dear friends going with me so that was a plus. Read more
National French fry day so I ordered some fries at a couple different places. These fries were really good. They were obviously... made fresh as they were piping hot with no limpness at all. New update 6/162022 They are back open. New update 6/12 /2022 THOS STORE IS STILL CLOSED. I'VE SENT PICTURES TO VERIFY TO GOOGLE... BUT THEY SAY THE OWNER HAS VERIFIED THAT ITS OPEN. IT IS A LIE I DON'T KNOW WHY GOOGLE DOESNT CARE AND THE OWNER EVIDENTLYDOESNT CARE IF THEOR CUSTOMERS KEEP COMING TO THE CLOSE STORE. LOOK AT THE OWNERS REPLY TO ME. ITS APPARENT THAT OUR TIME ANDGAS DONTMATTER TO THEM.THIS STORE IS TEMPORARILY CLOSED! Google, along with the owner seem to not want to update thisinformation. There is a hole in the side of the building. This is my favorite of our local Sonic Drive-in here in Asheville. For Sonic themselves I love that they offer tater tots, the footlong Coney, and milkshake. I've enjoyed their chicken piecesmany times also. In June 2022 I've been disappointed that they are taped off and appearantly temporarily closed. The have nowhiring still on their readerboard. I hope they reopen. Read more

Picking up an UberEATS order. Went through drive thru told them I was with UberEATS and there to pick up a customers order. When... handed the food it was unsealed nor in a bag asked them to put the order in a bag and seal it but was thrown a bag asked tospeak to a manager and turned out it was the manager that did this, then tells me I need to let them know that it needs to besealed.
