We didn't really enjoy our experience this time. We preferred the Charlotte location. Food was alright but left something to be... desired. Service was okay. Not the experience we hoped for the price we paid. Edit: I was contacted by customer service andreceived a $25 gift card for the poot experience on the last trip. We went back and enjoyed lunch. The experience was worldsbetter this time around. The food was delicious and fresh with a moderate wait. You must try the Pork Dumplings pan fried, theyare amazing. We also like the Mongolian Beef. There was about a 40 minute wait when we went. I assumed it was due to being short staffed because lots of tables were open. We... had not made reservations, but was asked if we had. So, I recommend making them before you go. I did that as we waited. Ithelped us to be seated earlier. Once seated, our server was excellent. The food was prepared very well. Read more
It was fabulous. Food was great the only downside was it said smoked tableside where they're supposed to bring it out to your... table and smoke it underneath the glass top and then pull it off they didn't do that we had ordered tray of ribs justspecifically to see them do that and then they didn't do it when they brought it out but other than that the food was absolutelyamazing in the atmosphere was great Read more
We went to this restaurant today (5/6/22) after seeing a movie and I got the Spicy Chicken With fried rice on the side and... lemonade. Our server was Taylor and she greeted us with a smile and she was great and kind. We got there 20 minutes before ourfood was served and the service was very fast. ???? Service was great and there were many vegetarian options available. I had never been to a PF Chang's before. The food was... delicious and the drinks were as well. We got seated sooner than expected, which was nice. Portions were a decent size. OverallI had a good impression of the establishment, but it feels too expensive for what it is. Read more
It was my first time at this restaurant and was pleasantly good, I really liked their sauces which came with crab wonton and... spring roll, dishes themselves were tasty and fresh. I liked addition of sesame seeds on sushi roll, gave it a different taste.Server at our table was very friendly and she accommodated our request even though restaurant ran out of noodles and sushi rice.
