I was told they couldn't make SWEET TEA because they didn't have any CO2. I don't remember SWEET TEA being carbonated.
If there were the equivalent of a Michelin star just for Mcdonald's, this location would have one. It's like going to a whole... different restaurant. We drive the extra distance just to go to this location because none of the other Asheville locations evenhold a candle to this location. The food is always hot and fresh, and that makes it actually taste like completely differentfood. The employees seem like they care, too. Other McDonald's are like throwing a dart blindfolded. It could be a cold andtasteless brick, or pretty ok. This McDonald's is always consistent, and your food will always actually be good. Read more
Great place, only issue is always a long line for drive thru but that's to be expected. Staff is wonderful and very professional
There are two driver lanes here, I had stuck in one of them in which the other line passed six cars while we sat doing nothing,... no ordering, no one talking to you over the intercom, flat out nothing. These employees represent the poorest training and theworst attitude towards customer service that I have ever encountered! When I asked why six cars had gone through the other lanewhile I sat waiting on someone to talk to me, I was told in a very nasty terms that the girl who worked on my Lane was busymaking sweet tea tea for another driver. No apology, no care, no concern, just one employee doing their job and the other onenot. And then of course I ask for a vanilla shake and I?m told that they can?t make shakes, I would pose this question to you;it?s McDonald?s why can?t we buy shakes here? As an Uber driver I often get requests to drive through this McDonald?s andusually late night. Every single time I?ve ever had to drive through, it has taken at least 20 to 25 minutes and that?s on agood day. The quality of the food at this McDonald?s is horrible. From experience working in a kitchen for 9 years, I completely understand when equipment goes down, but if you can't offer... anything the drink besides water and coffee, maybe you need to order a back up Bunn to make tea the old fashioned way. Read more
