The people there are super sweet. Everything about my experience was great. The only issue I have is the taste. I ordered a... big cookie and the design was perfect. Got it home took a bite and all I could taste was food dye. The chocolate didn?t tastelike chocolate at all but more like metal and the color icing had a very chemical flavor. I thought it was just me but everyonehad the same issue. We had to scrap all the icing off. For that price I expected so much more. Very disappointed. Read more

Today is January 8, 2021 at 4:45, a lady with reddish-blonde-brown hair was super rude. She seemed in such a hurry and was short... with my daughter and myself that I asked her if she hated her job? She then changed her voice and said no, I love my job. I saidas a customer looking from the outside it doesn?t appear so, you threw our bag down and seem very impatient. Then she said I?msorry you are having a bad day. She was baiting me. I told her I?m not having a bad day. I told her I?m standing up for my childand myself and your a mean person. The man that was working said that their break was cut short and they had to immediatelystart waiting on people. I?m sorry, that is not an excuse! Be kind to everyone, even if they are Asian! Last visit. I'm going to get through this without cursing. The worst thing a business can do is accept mediocre effort from... staff. The fact that I can't buy what I want from your store because a lazy, mouthy cashier doesn't feel like making it andrefuses to do so because "it will fall apart and I'm not trying it again" is ridiculous and unacceptable. Worst part is, themanager was literally standing beside her listening to her refuse to make what I asked for and agreeing. Then she tried tocharge me extra to NOT make what I wanted. I?m a doorsasher the guy behind the counter was so extremely rude to me. My order is done sitting there he arrogantly yelled at... me that I was not suposta pick it up yet and then showed me his computer?. He was nasty to me for doing my job I took the orderdoor dash sent me to get it. Again I?m just doing my job. Told him to have a great day. He does not deserve to be in customerservice at all. Reality vs expectation! We ordered the happy anniversary cake for our wedding, just telling them to leave off the happy... anniversary script. What we got was a massive bride hand cheersing a tiny groom hand, both holding martini glasses. It?s prettyfugly, but luckily our photographer got photos of me and some friends cracking up over it when we saw it. Furthermore, despitethe horrid design, the taste was on point and the cake gotten eaten up very quickly! 5 stars for taste, 1 star for design, 5stars for a hilarious story! Thanks GA cookie!!
