I?m very disappointed to hear that they were going to close down the buffet line for good and alter the revenue structure to 50%... percent for promoting products 35 percent for advertising 6 percent for operating costs and 9 percent to pay their employees toonly just deal with inflation which brings the ?yum brands? revenue structure to 50 percent for promoting products 35 percentfor advertising 7 percent for employee pay and 8 percent for operating costs. Businesses should pay 9 percent for operatingcosts (not 6%) and 6 percent for employee pay (not 9%). This is the worst restaurant chain to visit. The food was great, but the cashier rounded up my order total, without even asking me. It came to 15.?? But at the window she... said an even 16. Had no clue the restaurant was supposed to ask you if you wanted to round up, till we went back later that dayfor another order, and we were asked if we wanted to round up. Upset? Yes! I haven?t been to KFC in years and a couple people had mentioned that their new spicy chicken sandwich was really good so I... decided to try it. The service here was excellent and fast. The window server was very kind and polite. And the food was stillhot and good by the time we got home to eat it. My daughter said their fries were the best she?s ever had ha! I personallythought the sandwich was too spicy because I?m a weeny but it still was good:) next time I?ll probably go with the non spicy.I?m really glad I tried this as we all enjoyed our food and the service.
