I?m very disappointed to hear that they were going to close down the buffet line for good and alter the revenue structure to 50%... percent for promoting products 35 percent for advertising 6 percent for operating costs and 9 percent to pay their employees toonly just deal with inflation which brings the ?yum brands? revenue structure to 50 percent for promoting products 35 percentfor advertising 7 percent for employee pay and 8 percent for operating costs. Businesses should pay 9 percent for operatingcosts (not 6%) and 6 percent for employee pay (not 9%). This is the worst restaurant chain to visit.
