Ate here in November of 2022. We had the Vaca with fried plantains and congri. Everything was cooked amazingly! The skirt... steak was cut perfectly and shredded nicely...not tough at all...just tender amazingness. The savory beans and rice coupledwith the sweet plantains paired nicely with the steak and pickled onions. The atmosphere was casually elegant and the peoplewere friendly. Can't wait to go back! The perfect restaurant to eat at. This location has some of the best views of the mountains and downtown Asheville. I was... staying at the Cambria hotel with my family and ate breakfast here. The portions are big. I would of given a five rating if thewaitress was a little bit more responsive to the tables. My hubby was upset that he did not get a refill?. Not sure where to start but felt like the Miami Beach tourist trap. Food was so bad, chicken breast was so dry (probably raised... in the desert ) , chicken sandwich- bread was so old , chicken with rice was ok. Service is not something that we got. Stopped in to have a few small plates, and it was a bit underwhelming. The empanadas were great. I ordered the chicken, but the... other 2 orders were not good at all. The yuca frita were way to hard to even eat, and the croquetas de jamon had no ham in itwhich is the main advertisement for this dish. Both these small plates we couldn't eat. The rooftop terrace with its expansive view of the Blue Ridge Mountains were amazing. Nothing beats that view! Food was... mediocre. We had a few appetizers and several different entrees and all just missed the mark. Nothing we had was spectacular. So3 stars for the food and 5 phenomenal stars for the views! Read more

Staff were super friendly and hustled being short staffed... Ordered the wings which were really tasty. One orde veggie burger... - bun was stale and was not appetizing looking as it was just a burger on the plate, no sides... Another order, sliders - onlytwo were served, again not appetizing looking, sliders on a plate no sides. Now maybe sides were an option, but we were notaware.
