Probably my last visit. Employees yesterday with zero personality and a guy with purple hair mumbled everything he said as he... glared at me. I'm sorry that I didn't want to round up to the nearest dollar or whatever for charity but I work hard for mymoney. I politely declined. He specifically asked me if I wanted a pickle? I just read that the sandwiches always came with apickle. I said yes and when I got the meatball sub there was no pickle. The same person who asked if I wanted a pickle and thenmade the sandwich denied me a pickle. Ordered a medium drink and I eventually had to ask a different employee for the cup. Read more

I ordered 3 subs and 3 chips. 2 subs were not what I ordered. 2 chips is not what I ordered. What is happening. This is my... second time. I thought hey first time it's okay if it was wrong. Do not go here. If I could rate 0 stars, I would. I have a disability and have a service dog. I am also BIPOC. The sandwich... maker told me off when I kindly asked if there was a status on my order and then proceeded to talk trash about me to his managerand fellow associate. I had been waiting 18 minutes for a simple sandwich and cup of soup when only one other person was aheadof me. They processed everyone else?s orders except mine, and then I found out I was behind all the other tickets. When Iarrived there was hardly enough there and when I left it was packed. Tim, the manager, was very kind, attempted to accommodate,and seemed flabbergasted that his staff was acting so rudely. The cashier slammed my cash refund on the counter andsarcastically stated ?I really hope you enjoy your sandwich, ma?am.? I will never eat at this Firehouse or another Firehouseagain.
