Was kind of knocked down a peg for the morning when I walked in to buy donuts for my company, and I was told "for your... information, in the future you need to place large orders ahead of time so you don't come in and wipe us out first thing in themorning." With a smug serious look on their face. They were rude the entire time. In a time of short staffing, I'm a regionalmanager for 18 hospitals in the country, a director for mission hospital, and advising managers for 94 other hospitals. I buydonuts so that our staff gets a good start to their weekend days and they don't quit on us. I'm sorry, but I really don't needto be spoken to like that by a dunkin donuts employee because I visited their location during their open hours to buy donuts. Ihave spent roughly $11k in dunkin donuts for my employees in the last 10 months. Nobody else seems to have an issue. Read more
I stopped here for a coffee on my lunch break and was really taken back with how rude the employee was. Wouldn?t make eye... contact, mumbled that they were closed for the day. While they may have been closed I could have been greeted in a friendliermanner. Would not recommend this place at all. I placed a mobile order this morning for an iced coffee with less ice. When I came in to pick it up, the coffee that was sitting... out was semi- hot, completely melting the ice that was once in the container. Unfortunately I was in a hurry and there was avery long line so I just grabbed the drink and left. I went to work where I placed the drink in the fridge to make it cold.After two hours, it was now just lukewarm coffee, and I had no ice to make it cold enough to enjoy. So on my break, I went backto ask for a new drink. After explaining what happened, the manager argued with me that because I ordered ?less ice? that itwould melt quicker and told me that I probably left it sitting out too long and that?s why the ice melted. I took pictures ofthe coffee, taken approximately 15 minutes after pickup. Not only was the ice completely melted, the lid had condensation fromthe heat of the coffee inside. When I came back with the drink after sitting in a fridge for two hours only to have it feel roomtemp, there should have been no doubts that the coffee was just too hot to begin with. I understand that the employees were busyin the morning, but after paying $4 for a drink that I was unhappy enough about to come back to have the mistake corrected, Iwould expect the manager to be more willing to fix the issue rather than speak to me in a condescending manner. Busy location due to all the attractions in the area. The service is top knotch, and the food/coffee is worth the wait if there... is one. I am a regular here and I am never disappointed. Most high recommendation possible! Read more

Extremely unprofessional. I was waiting there for 30min before anyone spoke to me. I was doing a door dash at this location for... the first time, and the pickup area was not obvious, as it was hidden behind a line of customers. 30min of standing there, andfinally one of them deigned to ask me what I needed.
