Nice place to stop for coffee and a donut with friends. The pesto sandwich is also good.
I?ve given this location many tries just to see if it was possibly a new employee who was learning, one-off accidents, etc. and... time after time I?m disappointed in the coffee I paid for. On the off chance that my order is actually made correctly, it isalways watered down for some reason?? If you?re local, just go to the Smoky Park Hwy or Airport Rd locations instead. Read more
Showed up at 8:40pm they close at 9 order 1 coffee and 1 coolatta in the drive through. I get that it is almost closing time but... no need for attitude and hearing " why is everyone coming now " . If drinks could be made right the first time i would have no problems. Almost everyday I go through on my way to work, my... caramel ice latte?. Is missing the espresso, a literal cup of milk, or absolutely no sweetness. I then swing back around forthem to please ?fix? my $6.00 coffee for a bunch of high school girls with a horrible attitude to tell me I?m wrong & havenasty attitudes. I highly recommend Dunkin in fairview. Never mess the drinks up and such a sweet staff! Read more
Very short staffed and closing at 2pm on random days. Employees complained the entire time I was there about the job but for $8... an hour, or whatever garbage wage Dunkin pays, I?d probably be complaining too. Coffee was decent this time but it depends onthe day. Read more
I spent $14.50 on 2 drinks and 3 donuts and the donuts and coffee sucked. Had to throw one of the donuts away because the... frosting slid off the donut when I pulled it out of the bag. Having them edit this because I threw a second donut away. It washorrible. The one donut I actually ate tasted a day old and I should have tossed that one too. It?s not specific to this storethough, all Dunkin Donuts locations are garbage. Only reason I ate here was because I had a gift card and I still regret going. Read more

They definitely lack customer service here. We ordered our food and sat down?.only to find out our food and drinks were sitting... out there for quite some time without any of the employees letting us know. They were not busy at all. Not impressed with them.The food was good though no complaints. Also had to have them warm up some of our food because it sat out too long and got cold. Read more
