The restaurant is amazing as far aesthetics go, service was great, drinks were good. The food was honestly disgusting.. and for... 400 dollars?plus tip? definitely a one time thing. Read more

I want to highly recommend Cultura. Had an amazing meal there last night. The food is innovative, creative, and delicious. Lots... of fermentation (think koji cured charcuterie, not sauerkraut), local ingredients, and collaborations with up and coming chefsin the area. Honestly think it?s the best restaurant in Asheville. People who want something more than the usual offerings needto go now. The hospitality is unmatched and the dining room is lovely. If you really love food, you will fall for Cultura. Read more

Went on a Thursday evening for a birthday and was absolutely blown away by the food. The a la carte menu was delicious and... innovative - the koji cured bresaola in particular! The staff was so kind and thoughtful as well. We'll definitely be goingback and taking others there! Read more

The tasing menu was good, but not worth $125. What was really disappointing was the kitchens lack of respect for their... customers. We booked a 5pm reservation and made it clear to the server that we had to leave at 7:30 PM to go on a tour. Theserver said she could have all the tastings out within 1.5 hours. After 2 hours, we still had not had half of the menu. We werethe only customers in the entire restaurant until 6:00pm, the staff could have brought the food out but didn't. At 7:00 Ireminded the server that we needed to leave at 7:30 and she brought us our checks at 7:20 but didn't come back for the creditcards. At 7:35 I went up to here and gave her the checks and told her we needed to leave, she held onto our cards until the chefcould get the desert in a togo box, causing us to miss our 7:45 pm tour start. I literally told the server that we needed toleave and that we did not want the desert, yet we had to wait for her to get it. She apologized that "the kitchen likes to takeit's time". I don't know who's fault it was, but long story short, if you go there for the tasting menu, be prepared to wait2.5+ hours for dishes that are alright at best. I, nor my group, will ever support wicked weed again, they don't care abouttheir customers. Read more

The tasting menu was fantastic! The cocktails were exquisite! The staff went above and beyond to not only answer all of our... questions, but also to proactively recommend combinations. I will be back! Read more

Went on a Saturday night for the tasting menu. Everything was phenomenal and worth the price. It is a bit eccentric and we did... not really understand much of what was on the menu, but our waitress Paige was super helpful and friendly and guided us throughit gracefully. The drinks were fantastic too! Read more

Fantastic food. Balanced palette of flavors across every dish. Truly top notch across the board. Wonderful selection of... funkatorium beers as well as cordials, appertifs, and craft cocktails. Staff is super freindly yet not overbearing. Wasimpressed that the staff truly knew about the dishes as well as the art of pairing. Wonderful experience for the entire group. Read more
