4 of us went for lunch. My mother ordered the loaded sweet potato, it was rancid. How it passed through the staff opening it up... to add the toppings and not seeing that the potato was bad, I'll never understand. My niece ordered the meatloaf, said it wasbarely edible. No manager came out to apologize or offer to remove the item from the bill. The wait was about what you expectedat lunch at a Cracker Barrel. We've all eaten at Cracker Barrel from Tennessee to Massachusetts, this is the only location Iwould recommend to avoid. Read more
Country fried steak was cold and the gravy was in a small cup on the side. Wasn't enough to cover the steak. Waiter didn't ask... how my husband would like his eggs. The eggs were rubbery and cool to the touch. Waited for our food for 45 minutes and in thattime never saw our server. The only silverware we were provided was forks, which were given to us 5 minutes after the foodarrived. Our drinks were only refilled once. I'm not sure if this is a staffing issue or not. Okay experience. Staff was friendly. Wait was about 35 minutes due to being short staffed. As I was waiting 11 families of three... or more left. There were tables; no servers available. Food was tasty, no complaints. Read more

This happened on Thanksgiving, so this might not be an accurate reflection of a typical experience at this location. We placed... our name on the wait-list online at 4:48pm that day. We then proceeded to check in with the hostess at around 5pm. Despite thewebsite letting us know it would be a 45 minute wait, we were told the wait was actually 2 to 3 hours since the website washighly inaccurate. We then waited until around 8pm (this location closed at 9pm) and we noticed that the people who also waitedwere already seated. No names were called on the PA. We went to the hostess station and a different worker told us they weren'tseating anyone else for the night. We told them we were on the wait-list since 5pm, and I guess she took pity on us and seatedus. We ordered the Thanksgiving dinners, and it came to us pretty quickly, but the stuffing was extremely dry, there was almostno gravy, it was missing sweet potato casserole and green beans, and there was no pumpkin pie available. It felt as if this wasprepared hours ago and allowed to sit somewhere and dry out. So disappointed with the food. Word of advice: go early. Peoplewere turned away as early as 2.5 hours before closing. And make sure they don't turn you away if you are already on the list tobe seated. Read more
