Cold Stone has my favorite ice cream of anywhere I?ve been. This place is amazing, all the people leaving bad reviews are just... snobby people who can?t be pleased. I?ve been going here for years and never had a bad experience. Please don?t ever close thisstore, there isn?t another Cold Stone anywhere in western North Carolina. I would be absolutely crushed. Arrived a little after 9. I?m assuming Google still has an older closing time of 10 on the website. The front door was locked,... but the lobby was full of laughing teenagers. The workers, who appeared to be teenagers as well did not communicate the storeclosure respectfully. The workers screeched from behind the counter that they were closed. Arrived at 9:15 on a Tuesday, doors were locked and they yelled at us that were closed. Maybe correct the hours or something.
Chris runs a great store. I had an issue with a product and not only did he follow up with me and rectify the issue but he went... above and beyond helping me. Great ownership at this location. Cannot recommend his establishment enough. Read more
i asked for a sample and the blonde girl working there picked the spoon out of the dirty spoon container and continued to give... it to me after i told her that was the trash and give me an attitude about telling her she gave me a dirty spoon andcontaminated the entire thing of ice cream. the boy that was working with her was getting his spoons from another place. sheknew what she as doing. DO NOT order ice cream cakes from this location unless you want to be disappointed. Two years in a row they have messed up our... order with today being the absolute worst. No birthday cake because the cake machine did not make our order I was told.Interesting. So, NO ONE noticed this for 3 days and no one bothered to call to let me know until I showed up. The girls workingtoday were not trained to make cakes so I left without a cake for my husbands 40th birthday party. This ice cream shop is a messand runs inefficiently. Go somewhere else. Read more
