Yes they are closed... at random hours with out explanation, so good luck if you show up and they're actually open. The entire staff is about as rudeand cold as how the owner treats negative reviews. I hate I have a 20% tip and paid $32 for 2 bowls. There is more granola than anything else and it doesn?t have half the toppings... bc they are ?out? but failed to Mention any of that while I sat in the store and waited for it to be made. So disappointed. Willnever return. Edited to reply to how condescending that response from the owner was. The problem is, I asked her AFTER shehanded me the bowl why there were not bananas and the goji berries. At that point she told me they weren?t rip. I mentioned thatit would?ve been nice to know before she made it so I could?ve ordered something different. I have this a 2 star because it taste great. The customer service was really not all that great. I asked the young lady how she... was when I walked in and she didn?t respond continued to work. 30 second to a minute go by and then she asks to take our order.I pulled 30 dollars cash to pay and that was turned down. Luckily I had a card.. some people still believe cash is king. I thenwas told she didn?t have bananas and could double another ingredient in place of it for the bowl we ordered. The bowl came andhad 4 slices of strawberries the ingredient that was in place double for no bananas. Really the product was good but not worththe money we paid. 22.50 for a 16 oz smoothie and a half full açaí bowl. Also there was no music and very dual / awkwardatmosphere. Unremarkable. Not the refreshing, flavorful experience I was looking for. The salad was unremarkable, the juice was fine, but... about $10 for 6 ounces of juice - in a 12 ounce cup mostly full of ice. I regularly do far better in my nutribullet, so I don'treally see the point of coming here. Meh. Read more
Overrated. Always loved this place but they?ve gotten cheap and greedy. Smoothie bowls are now half the size for the same price... and they only filled my $10 juice up 3/4 of the cup. They?re always out of one fruit or another, didn?t have banana for smoothiebowl or avocado for my wrap. Cali wrap was mediocre, overall disappointing and not worth the money. Read more
Love this place! I ordered the chocolate one for my littles and the juice detox pack for myself. Everything is delicious!... Service was super fast. The lady working today was super informative and kind. Love the verse on the bottles too. Nice touch! Read more
Overall experience was disappointing. My boyfriend ordered a salad and they didn?t let him know they didn?t have the toppings... for it until after he paid for it. He also ordered the intense smoothie which was mostly foam and did not have great flavor. Iunderstand it?s supposed to be organic products but the prices are too high for the quality of the smoothies and the food. Read more
