Best burgers and awesome hot dogs ????????
I had never been to the Hendersonville Road location so my husband and I decided to give it a try after work. I won't be... returning. Three men entered while we were eating and went straight to the register, ignoring the large sign above their headsand huge pegboard filled with clipboards explaining that you should fill out the form and bring it to the register. When theserver asked them to please go ahead and fill out the forms on the clipboards the first man puffed up his chest and stated that"No, I already know what I want" and one of the other men loudly complained that "I just want to order some food. Don't make mejump through hoops for it." A man came from behind the grill area, pulled the server aside and told her to let them order w/othe forms. This man later identified himself as a manager. She attempted to take the first man's order but he didn't actuallyknow what he wanted and she had to walk him through every set of choices. The other men ordered and walked away. After ourmeal I introduced myself to the man who said he was a manager and, very gently and politely, let him know that as a 15yr retailmanager I think that he should have supported his employee by helping her explain the process to these men rather thancontributing to the demeaning situation. He attempted to waive me off , said he "didn't want them being scared off" (despitethe fact that just a few minutes prior, another man came up to order w/o a form, was asked to fill one out and showed no signsof upset or distress as he filled out a form and brought it back) and told me repeatedly that he "already talked to her about itso everything is fine here." Completely missing the point about how he did not support his employee. My food was great. Myhusband's food was great. We will not be going back though. I will not support a business that cares so little for theiremployees and where the management feels so comfortable dismissing the concerns of patrons. Read more
Absolute best burger and onion rings! The servings are plentiful and the staff is extremely friendly! Will be back.
You can't go wrong eating here if you're a burger or hotdog or onion ring connoisseur.... they are fabulous!!!!
