I enjoyed my dinner with my wife , the food was super fresh and my fries were crispy ! I would definitely recommend coming back
We was there in Asheville NC , stay at a hotel on tunnel rd really no place good to eat went to Burger king 2 times both time it... was awful food my last trip I order 2 whoppers ended up with 3 very cold whopper french fries was awful nither of us could eatafter one bite I called them n got we are sorry yeah I was sorry to was sick all nite you would think this place doors wouldclose by of poor service them ppl there don't have no pride at all . I told the jack a** I'd bring food back and I wanted mymoney back lol got hung up on . Well that ended Burger king for life . Please be aware where u eat in this area Read more

Went to the store, but lobby was closed and drive-thru was open. So I went through drive-thru even though I don't own a car. ... The guy in the window refused to serve me even when I told him that I was unable to drive due to a disability. He cussed meout. I'll probably never go back there. If they're gonna be open for cars, they really need to find a way to be open forEVERYBODY!!! They deserve ZERO stars, but I'm forced to give them at least one so that I can warn other people of this shoddyestablishment with its rude employees!!! Read more
Had an ok meal here it wasn't the best but I had a small error made with my burger so I had to turn around and get it corrected.... The employee and I'm guessing a manager at the window where more annoyed than worrying about getting my sandwich correct soannoyed that it took them twice to make it and asked " Oh God what's wrong now?" When I checked at the window and noticed theymade it wrong again. I will never stop here again they are rude the black lady that ring me up and the rude white lady I'massuming is manager. Y'all food is barely good. Keep ya attitudes to ya selves. Outta Towner's beware eat elsewhere. Oh yeah andmy "fixed" burger shown in the pic was cold. And they didn't offer any type of compensation and argued when I asked to keep oneof the mistakes cause I didn't want it to be remade using the same stuff I wanted a fresh burger which is a rule that MOST fastfood places follow especially after failing twice. Who trained these people? The lady taking our order spent a good 4 minutes just to get 2 meals, nothing weird. I was thinking... maybe it's a new register and she just doesn't know what to do, but the register seemed like it's been stuck to that countersince 2001. Worst customer service ever, I had to go back up and ask for syrup because I got French toast sticks and she lookedat me crazy like I was asking gold. These ladies need to be re trained, for sure. The char grilled burger patties taste so good. But it was dry as you can see, hardly and condiments. The lettuce is minute,... hit that spot and it was awesome. I had a side salad and it was satisfing but they are very limited in dressings to choosefrom. But for the price I can eat this more often. Fed 2 for $9.18. it's the 2 for $5.00 special. Read more
This place was absolutely outstanding with everyone on point there was a manager on duty who had her guys in order to perfection... when I came through Drive thru with me and my daughter on 11/03/2022 her name on my receipt was Shoshana Smith I love herattitude!!!! The positivity was just amazing she definitely deserves everything that has been given to her the food was hot andfresh and we will definitely be Back...
