I have fond memories of B-Dubs from when I was younger. Today with my girls out of the house spending time with their aunt, I... took my son to his first thought when I asked what he wanted to eat. Wings! He said, Buffalo Wild Wings. So we went. He gotwings, I got the nachos. I've gotta say, it's the saddest plate of nachos I've ever had. What happened to Bdubs? The other foodbesides wings used to be banging. These nachos had like six pieces of barely seasoned, no sauce pulled pork on them. It was ahuge disappointment. My servers were nice though and that's always good, but Christ the restaurant has gone way downhill infood quality. Read more
My fiancé and I went to eat here for date night. They were not super busy when we walked in, however a 25 top came in (meaning... 25 people) and the place went down hill quickly. The manager was up front talking with guys at the front and we waited foreverfor a refill and for our check. I understand places are busy, but the one waiter was super rude and it ruined our date night. Idon?t appreciate rudeness or being placed on a back burner due to management?s lack of adequate staff coverage. Read more
Was here Sept 4th, day of post, got the bacon cheese curd burger (bacon is in my offhand in pic) and the burger was very poor... quality. This is the burger as it came from the kitchen and was on the verge of burnt. The food is normally great, but this timeit was truly bad. Service was great, this was a kitchen issue. Read more
I WILL NEVER SET FOOT IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN!!!! My son and I got there at 4:30. They were extremely short staffed so we were... very patient (I also work in the food service industry). We were finally able to order at 5:15. At 5:50, after watching multipletables get seated and receive their food, I went to the counter to request my order be cancelled, at which point I was informedit had just been put in!!! The waitress who told me that was the waitress who had taken our order, she was supposed to leave andhand us off to another server about half an hour before, but no one was informed that we were their table, hence why our orderjust sat (the waitress had also told us that she was going to put in the order before she left). We had came for the fights rather late, the manager was awesome! he was moving people around and did the best he could to make... sure everyone was seated. Most places would have just turned people away. Waitress was super nice plus the food was spot on.Hot and fresh! Read more
Went for dinner on a Saturday evening. Ordered the pretzels for an appetizer and was told they were out. Ordered boneless... wings and fries. Wings came out cold and hard and didn't get our fries. Server brought another wing order and still didn'tbring our fries. The second order was luke warm and still hard. Server was very slow and took forever to bring the lousy food. Not going back. So I had a rude server Allie (she is shown in the screen shot I took giving the middle finger to another customer). She had the... worst attitude and didn?t care. She walked around to tables and it took her 30 min to take our order. Food took 50 minutes fromthe time I ordered to it coming to my table. Wings were horrible, cold on the inside and barely cooked. The vegetables had moldalso. The carrots had green spots on them. Floors were disgusting and my booth was falling apart. Definitely avoid this place.The employees don?t care and from the looks of it the management doesent care either. Read more
Enjoyed the 25min I got to watch of the World Series. Can?t comment on anything else because we had at least three different... employees walk by our table and not one stopped to take any kind of order. Decided to drive across town and take our business toWild Wing Cafe. Maybe we will have better luck with actually getting an order taken there. Read more
