Brasilia Churrasco is a place I have many fond memories of- we've gone here to celebrate several special events. It's a unique... dining experience where you are given a coaster-like object with two sides, one that says yes, please, and another that says no,thank you (in Portuguese and English!). When you turn it to the "yes, please" side, this tells the employees that they can cometo your table- and they do, holding racks of delicious meats such as steaks, chicken, and lamb chops. They also serve pineapplewith cinnamon. When you turn the coasters to the opposite side, it signals that you're done for now/taking a break from themeat. All the waiters and other employees are very kind and friendly, the food is amazing, and, to accompany the meat, they havea bar of salads, rice, salmon, et cetera. It has a very fancy, formal atmosphere, and is somewhere you might go on a very fancydate, anniversary, or birthday. I've always had good experiences here! We made a reservation on a Sunday night but it wasn’t too crowded and I don’t think we would’ve truly needed one! However... I always recommend making one just in case! When arriving we were greeted kindly and helped ourselves to the incrediblydelicious salad bar! After mentally preparing ourselves for the meat coma of a life time, we flipped our coasters to green andlet the feast commence! My family had a great time here and didn’t meet a piece of meat we didn’t like! My Advice toeveryone is to at least save room for the pineapple as it is truly to die for. Even when we were all stuffed beyond our limits,we couldn’t help ourselves from asking for more pineapple as it came around. We went on a Sunday afternoon, made reservations through Open Table, added it was our anniversary. Yonaton and the entire staff... were friendly, professional, and helpful. Our 10 yr old is a steak lover, so it was worth the cost for her. Food bar is great,table service is even better. Wonderful for a special occasion. Read more
We're from out of town taking the weekend to explore Asheville. We were very lucky to have chosen Brasila Churrasco Steakhouse!... The place is beautiful, clean and classy. This is a Brazilian steakhouse, only one in our area so I recommend trying it out at least once. TLDR: Servers circle the... dinning room with meat on sticks. This place has a very large amazing salad bar that includes smoked salmon, shrimp, cheeses,deli meats and olives. They have a hot bar as well for the sides such as potatoes and mushrooms. The main attraction and bestpart are the circling gauchos with their meat skewers. They seem to come in waves but that's alright, as long as your tablemarker is set to green they will show up, if you need a chance to catch up flip it to red. Read more
It was pretty good, there's a couple different meats where I was like wow and the rest was average! The pineapple is good. The... vanilla ice cream isn't the best though. Our server, Kayla G., Was super attentive and easy going. She also sang happy birthdaywith us, it was very sweet! Read more
