This Bojangles is moderately consistent, depending on how their staffing is going. They are very capable with handling that... high volume traffic from Patton Avenue. Every morning 5 days a week, 50 weeks a year I get my breakfast at this location spending over $2,500 Annually. The food is... usually fine but the service ... is horrible. There are 2 main window people there in the morning. A middle aged man around myage.He is professional and polite. Then there's this other young kid who is very Condensing, pushy and angry. Every tine kidworks he demands payment ready at the window yet they only serve one vehicle at a time from the speaker to the pickup window.From order completion to the time you drive around to reach the window is only seconds so how are folks supposed to have paymentout when they just finished operating a motor vehicle to get to the pickup window ... seriously dude ?!? And if you don't havepayment ready right then the young kid gives you a huge attitude. This morning 11/18/22 order number 30055 @ 7:32am this kidbefore even starting the bo time greeting had the audacity to say and this is verbatim now, THE REASON I AM SO SLOW IS BECOUSEPEOPLE DONT HAVE THEIR PAYMENT READY. HAVE YOUR PAYMENT READY ! How can I help you ? ... just wow ! I'm still in disbelief overthis. I get having bad days but this kid seems to have more bad days then good for sure. 2 stars is generous *UPDATE* Sept 23, 2022 Imagine going to get food for your family an hour before the store closes. After... waiti g 10 minutes, everyone in line gets parked and you wait while listening to the manager declare loudly that you are thelast car, "he's closed!" even though the store is open for another hour. After another 10 minutes you get your food and go hometo present your family with a $44 box of all wings???? Wow Read more
Patton Ave Bojangles suck! No inside ordering or dining. 2 cars in drive thru. 1st car didn't place their order till we were in... line 12 minutes. 2nd car, 4 minutes before they were able to give their order. Then another 5 minutes before we could place ourorder. Will NOT ever go back to this location. BTW, they were NOT short handed according to one of the employees that wasworking. smh Read more

definitely check your order to make sure they give you what you have paid for and while you're at it check your food to see... if it looks edible. Orders here often come with biscuits and sandwiches do sloppy and smashed together you can only assumethey were intentionally made that way. what I'm saying is that I can't imagine *accidentally* making a sandwich that bad. ifthe biscuit for a bacon egg and cheese biscuit is obliterated into pieces the size of a dime it makes it impossible to eat unless you have a spoon! other than their abused biscuits and stale, dried out macaroni the food here is ok.
