Great unassuming place right across the street from aloft and right that the beginning of the sound slope with all the... breweries! Eat The incredible Pizza here first and then make the trick down the hill to have fun in all the awesome breweries.We walked both during the day and at night and felt completely safe. The locals try to scare you....but you will be fine. Erinwas our bartender/server and couldn't sing her praises high enough. Love the extensive controversation and the fact that shetook time out to stop and answer our questions as a tourist. Read more
Their garlic knots are to die for! Such great service, when i couldn?t decide which cider to order I got to taste both. The... medium cheese pizza was more than enough for two people. I think next time I?ll just go for a drink and appetizers. Read more
As pizza connoisseurs we weren?t impressed. It?s Just your average pizza joint. Garlic knots lacked garlic and dipping sauce was... over spiced we didn?t even eat it. Had black bean hummus and it was good. The pita bread was warm and soft. Very casualenvironment which is what we like. So not the best pizza but worth a try. Read more
Pizza was great. We got the large for only $3 more than the medium and it was just the right amount for 3 hungry people. Tried... the French Broad Kulsch beer and it was decent. Nothing special. The atmosphere wasn't too exciting which is why it's not a 5star. Pretty quiet for a dinner time meal. The waitress was attentive and showed up the right amount of times. Felt like theywere upset we asked for straws for our drinks. Would def recommend for the pizza. Read more
We had a really nice lunch here. I haven't been in 18 years. The black bean hummus is excellent! I didn't find it too spicy, ... and I can barely handle black pepper. I had the strawberry basil cider which was fantastic! The place is beautifully decoratedand very spacious. The tables are pretty far apart which makes for a more pleasant dining experience. Read more
Stopped by here after receiving a recommendation and walking 5 miles and spending 5 hours at the Biltmore. Arrived about 3pm... for a late lunch or early dinner. Got 14 inch build my own 3 topping that came out perfect. Lite on the sauce and heavy on thecheese that was cooked to perfection. The beer selection was great and the bartender that was very soft spoken gave greatrecommendations. During our next visit to Asheville we will surely return. Read more
