Why is this place even open. We sat in the drive thru for 8 mins waiting for our turn. There was two cars ahead of us. When we... pulled up to the speaker we were not greeted in any manner. We sat there another 6 mins before my Wife (whom was setting in thepassenger seat) says "HELLO" loudly. At that time a female voice rudely says " I'll get to you when I get a chance to" Now hadshe acknowledged us when we 1st pulled up and said any number of things about the wait we would have been very understanding.But she didn't. We waited a few more minutes before leaving and going next door to McDonald's whom by the way was way busier. Wewere greeted with a very welcoming " thanks for stopping at McDonald's" and placed our order, paid for the order and receivedour order hot and fresh before the two cars that were in front of us at Arby's had even moved. We will eat at Arby's anothertime but it most certainly will not be the one on Leicester Hwy. Read more
I went in the Biltmore Village store this week after seeing your fantastic fish and fries add on TV.. The fish was Luke warm and... mushy. Thaw fries were cold and some were very hard. Needless to say I was very disappointed. I will wait a few week and try itagain! Read more
It was national French fry day I believe so I just ordered some fries at a couple.places . I ordered the curly fries and was... disappointed. They were not hot and were a bit limp. They seemed too salty as well. Better fries were had at the Sonics in thatarea. And the price was higher for the Arby's fries. Read more
Just like most places, due to inflation, the staff was much smaller. But the service I received was excellent. I was only there... to get curly fries so I didn't have to wait long for my order to be fulfilled. The cashier was ultra friendly and complementedmy smile. It made my evening! Read more
Great roast beef sandwiches but you can eat a full meal at.some full service restaurants for what it cost.
