I remember now why I stopped eating at Applebee's. The waitstaff are really nice and the overall atmosphere is fine. However,... the food, on the other hand, is disgusting. There is a complete and utter lack of healthy options on their menu. Everything isfried and/or smothered/covered/drenched in something. I ordered the double crunch shrimp plate. The fries were old and hard, thecoleslaw had some unidentifiable flavor that almost made me gag, and the shrimp was tasteless AF (the seasoning you see was myattempt to give it some). My boyfriend and I came for lunch, and we were not disappointed. We were seated quickly and our server, Betty, was very... attentive and checked in on us frequently. We got the 2 for $23 and had the spinach and artichoke dip for our appetizer. The dipcame out quickly and was topped with parmesan cheese. There were plenty of chips and plenty of dip. Our food came out shortlyafter, we hadn?t finished our appetizer when it came out which was awesome. I got the classic cheeseburger with fries, and itwas juicy and flavorful. I ordered a delivery order from here. Steak was like shoe leather, they also don't offer any sauce options for the dry steak. I... also ordered a side of garlicky green beans and they were cooker to death and inedible, had to throw them in the trash. But thekicker is that this establishment did not provide silverware for a to go order!!! I ordered this through door dash and I triedto add a note, but this establishment conveniently turned off notes so you can't even request it, which means every to go ordershould come with utensils!!!!! We arrived mid-afternoon on Sunday and were seated quickly at a high top table near the bar. There appeared to be sufficient... server staff to meet the customer needs, which is unusual anymore at most restaurants. Our server was pleasant and attentive.Our food arrived promptly and was quite good. My only complaint would be the noise level but, that was also expected. I had toremove my hearing aids in order to hear my wife sitting next to me. We were surrounded by raucous NFL fans watching the games onthe many screens. It would likely have been quieter on the periphery of the restaurant but no seats were available for twopeople. Read more

When i came in i was sited at a table that wasn't stable, so i got another table. the ribs that i ordered came with more bones... than meat and they changed it. The second one was o.k.. the service was good. Read more
