If that was Fast Food at it's finest. I'd hate to see it at it's worst. When you're understaffed. Multiple employees tend to be... cross trained for more than one position and in a Fast Food restaurant or restaurant in general. When it's time to go then youmove. Bugs everwhere inside. Service is terrible. Everytime I go in there and wait on someone to take my order, the workers just look... at me like they are waiting for someone else to do it. We went during peak lunch, approximately 1225pm. Ordered special hamburger, small fry, and medium hot mocha. Waiting in line was... 20 minutes, unusual for this location. I waited it out. Back window had no greeting or thank you, front window person made upfor it. Read more

This store was completely DISGUSTING when we went there for dinner this evening. There was so many knats you couldn't sit there... without being attacked by the bugs. The floor looked like it hadn't been swept all day, there was food, trash, and napkinseverywhere, and there was no other customers in the store besides my party of 4. My teenage daughter also went into thebathroom, and came out gagging due to used feminine napkins being on the floor covered with flies. Read more
I ordered 2 4 piece chicken nuggets happy meals for my twin boys. The only adjustment I asked for was to take one of the 4 piece... nuggets out and substitute it with another fry. But to keep everything else the same. I ask the manager to make sure it wasright before they give it to me. They gave me a 6 piece nugget and took out the apples. So I went back thru the drive thru and Iask to speak to another manager. As I was explaining to her what I needed she just looked at me with a confused look on herface and said I don't know what you want me to do. And then said I can't take the nuggets back for more fries. I tried toexplain to her that the other manager gave me the fries but ..... then she was so confused so I j8st said to forget. I was on my lunch break, so I didn't have a ton of time to wait in the lines. I ordered ahead on the mobile app, and I didn't... even have to tell them my name and be all ackward about it! They gave me my cup and greeted me with my food, the associate wasvery friendly! I definitely recommend this particular location, the other McDonald's are very hit or miss. The one in northtown is quite great as well, but I definitely notice the difference in attitude with the Dine-In associates at this location!! Read more
Ordered a Frappe and a small order of fries. The fries were cold so I handed the bag back to the girl and told her that I... didn't want cold fries so she took the bag back and turned around and handed the same bag back to me with the cold fries.Service is not what it should be there...which makes it even worse for customers.
