Mortified to say the least. I had a simple mistake happen to me today, that could have been easily rectified, but the way your... employees handled it completely escalated the situation. I frequent this store every week, but today I was purchasing items,while at the register I paid for some of the items and then quickly noticed the cashier did not ring up my last 3 items still inmy cart. I let her know the last 3 items were mine also and she rang them up, I paid or so I thought, I even heard the machinebeep like it does when you tap and pay, so I walked off. In the cameras if someone reviewed them they can even see me standingat the bag area waiting for a receipt but the cashier was busy helping the next 2 customers behind me, so I thought okay I willbe okay without my second receipt. Upon approaching my car a gentleman ran up to me and rudely said were you in the last lane,I said yes and he responded well you didn't pay. Confused I said okay, walked back in the store only for him to be close behindme, there were 1 if not 2 male employees standing by the register I was just at. Appaled to say the least. The gentleman whochased me out of the store rudley said if you paid you would have gotten a receipt, I had told him the machine beeped and I evenstood by the bags to see if the cashier was going to hand me a receipt, but she started what I thought was checking out the 2ladies behind me. Love Lowe's. All of them. No other grocery stores even come close. Better meat. Better produce. Better beer selection. I would... shop there much more frequently, but we don't have a Lowe's in Randleman. Highly recommended. Read more
We should always acknowledge the extras. these good associates perform their daily tasks, and go above and beyond to help us... find items, substitutions, and sales. Very clean , hometown shopping prices a little high like most stores there is a deal like buy one get one.
The store was clean and stocked. The people who worked here were pleasant. Unfortunately, I stopped here for gluten free... products, amd the selection was quite limited. The price of gluten free bread was quite high. The Shar brand sandwich bread was$1 per slice, on sale. Read more

Great customer service folks, attentive staff. Quality meat counter and a wide product availability. They support local makers... and often showcase their goods. The only knock I have is that the produce section is hit or miss. Sometimes it's tough to findquality produce, especially at the price point. That said, I still make this a regular stop. Read more
