Extremely slow service. This location doesn't have consistency with quality of coffee drinks. I'll walk inside and get my coffee... drinks from Brewskies or Nannie Mae's. The convenience of a drive-thru isn't worth paying for drinks that get thrown away. Read more

I was in here about 2 years ago, and nobody could look up from their cellphones long enough to acknowledge my existence, much... less deign to take an order. I walked out after 10 minutes. NEW MANAGEMENT now. Two steps in, and I was welcomed. My order wastaken as soon as I was ready with it. And the order was completed correctly and well. I'll be back. Read more
I ordered on the app and when I got to the window my drinks where made, only to find out they were half way full. I called up... dunkin and they advise me to come back to the store. Once I went back they made me wait about 30 minutes for my replacementdrinks and an extra drink I ordered. This place really needs more employees everytime we go there's a long wait specially onrush hours. Read more
Finally after long time waiting we finally have official Dunkin here in Asheboro. This place is totally awesome unlike any... other Dunkins out there it very fancy looking plus plenty of parking outside and plenty of sitting inside and wonderfulselection of staff. This has consistently been the WORST dunkin I have ever be since 2020. Seems to be always different people working, they... don't know what they are doing. I hate giving low stars but....I've given it lots of chances. Even emailed corporate.
