Their food is so much better than in years past. I eat here a lot and love it.
This dinner is probably the worst chinese food I have ever eaten. We ordered honey spicy chicken and sesame chicken. The rice... was ok, but the meat was terrible. Both supposed to be deep fried, both came out pale as though undercooked, however the meatwas done. Tasted almost like cooked chicken tastes after it is stored in the fridge. My late mother, Melissa, was a regular customer here. My first visit, she had to bring me here I met Jennifer, who is one of the... nicest and kindes people I've ever met. Everytime I visited, we would always try our best to have Chu's atleast once. The lomein and rice are amazing. Never dry and the perfect amount of flavor! Not sure if they have new owners or a new cook. I?ve been ordering from here for years and the food has always been good but... this time everything was horrible. The egg drop soup was watery and bland (basically eggs floating in water) and the crispynoodles were stale. The General Tso?s Chicken was soggy and had no spice to it and the lo mein was mushy and flavorless. There?sno way the chef tasted this food bc it takes a lot to make Chinese food bad. I also noticed a sign that charges you extra forbasic sauces and .65 for chopsticks which should be included for free like everywhere else. I feel bad posting a negative reviewon a place that has been consistently good for as long as I can remember but this past experience was the worst Chinese foodI?ve ever eaten. Read more
