Great sandwich at a fair price. Use the app and it's ready when you get there.
They cancel online orders at any time of day despite making themselves available on all platforms, they are rude to customers... and the slowest make line I?ve seen. The manager opens the store late and closes it early more often than not, and they skimp onpretty much all toppings for your sub. Only positive I can say is the place is at least clean when I?m forced to come order inperson after my online order is cancelled. I?d recommend the subway on Broadlands Center Plaza to avoid the headache. Read more
STOP AND READ THIS CAREFULLY SKIP THIS SUBWAY and go to another location. I wish I could give them a black color star or no... star. They are unpleasant, unapologetic and won't even accept to take care of the bad order experience. Rather argumentative. Igot my order confirmation in the email and I went to pick it and they said we don't have your order.
