Didn?t know what the daily special was. I noticed the cut of the 6? was a bit short and was kind of looking at it puzzled. They... said something vulgar in Spanish about me and started laughing. Saying how ?it was still bigger than?? in Spanish. They said alot of rude things in Spanish. Some were about me and the one other customer there, some was just random stuff about people Ididn?t know. They could not stop talking and laughing to pay attention to me and it slowed down everything as well. It?s asubway so the food is good and it was clean. I would suggest going here if you are someone they won?t expect understandsSpanish and then shock them by talking to them in it. It will make them realize that it?s not their own private language wherethey can insult their customers. Only time I never gave a tip. I probably should?ve gotten it for free. And I was right. Bad communications with the delivery guys. Left HALF my order at the store. S.O.L. Only excuses and blame. No help for... resolving the problem. Sandwich was good. Read more
Clean, reliable subway location. Staff were fast with the service. Plenty of seating and bathrooms were clean. Food was fresh... and delicious like all subways I've been to (which isn't true of all fast-food chains!). I would say the only thing to fix isthe staff's friendliness, it was obvious they did not want to be there and were unhappy. Read more
Worst service and manners.. crushes the bread.. will be rude if you ask them to make another sandwich. For gods sake I pay for... that sandwich.. told them twice already and can?t even make a sandwich. If you are that lazy enough, there are people who wantsjobs.. Read more
When we arrived, the lobby was clean (I smelled something funny but it wasnt off-putting in the negative way). Overall the place... was approachable. The workers were very nice and efficient, despite me and my fiancé being the only people in line. We got ourfood quickly and correctly so we could continue with our day. Read more
Friendly, welcoming, and great staff. Their sandwiches are delicious, and reasonably priced. I good there I few times a month or... 1-2 three months, and everything is the same as was ever since I was little. Hoping to go there soon. Read more
Food is good, restaurant is clean but... the ladies whom work in there are in a constant "gossip" catch up. They dont stop... talking between each other even when they're serving you. One of then asked about my order 2 times because she couldn't payproper attention to me while she was talking to her friend. Another thing that piss me off is that they judge me I'm Hispanic (I'm not) and star speaking Spanish with me. Come on, we are in USA and you are working in a business so please speak Englishwith costumer unless the costumer asks you to switch to his language... Read more
It was rather busy, but the staff handled it well and my sandwich was correct and delicious. Can't ask for much more than that.
