Michael gave Above and Beyond excellent customer service to me this morning when drive through was closed but only mobile orders... for pick up inside. He helped this technology illiterate girl tremendously by teaching me how to use the app and then making methe best Dragonfruit Refresher when system wouldn?t even take order because of store being out of stock on dragonfruit. I hopemanagement gives the very deserving acknowledgment and praise to him for going above and beyond anyone else has ever in thehundreds of Starbucks Ive been to in this country ?? He?s my new BFF!! Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Came with a friend and between our drinks and the sweets, everything is quite... delicious. A tiny bit on the pricer side, but overall very enjoyable. Read more
They always get my order correct & Ashbrook Commons location has quicker service than other surrounding Starbucks locations.
This Starbucks is my favorite!! Staff is super friendly and upbeat and the tip jars are the cutest, coffee is delicious!!

This location REALLY needs to train their staff, from over charging to forgetting orders, every time I go its a disaster. I gave... multiple attempts for this location and used different ordering methods. This location screwed up the order every time. I don'torder anything complicated but maybe that's the issue.....no one knows how to prepare coffee with half-and-half. Read more
